 The United Squash League (USL) is a sports entertainment company dedicated to raising the profile of squash in North America with nationwide events attracting the world’s top players, coaches and sponsors.
By collaborating with our members, partners and industry organizations, the USL will:
• Heighten awareness of squash in North America.
• Expand the number of active participants at amateur and professional levels.
• Attract players, coaches and sponsors from around the world.
Our plan is to:
• Create distinct opportunities for professionals to train and play at competitive levels.
• Make the sport attractive and accessible to new players.
• Provide an additional source of income to all players and coaches within the USL.
• Organize media-visible squash events in large metropolitan cities. • Promote positive sporting values, including fair play, anti-doping and anti-racism, as well as safe and secure match environments. • Actively market the health benefits of the sport.
Company Mission:
• Achieve commercial and financial success.
• Re-invest revenues in the company for growth.
• Only host premium quality events.
• Tightly control all aspects of the USL including venue, licensing and rules of conduct.
• Become a driving force in the evolution of the sport in North America.
• Maintain good relations and develop mutually beneficial alliances with established organizations including the Professional Squash Association, Women’s International Squash Player’s Association and the World Squash Federation.
• Ensure that the needs of stakeholders are properly reflected in the strategic direction. • Help our sponsors build their brands and grow their business.
